Learn how to create a self playing PowerPoint presentation to hand-out to customers or friends, how to create a budget in Microsoft Excel, learn how to best manage Smart tags with formatting issues in Word, and formula errors in Excel. Fun, Fitness & Finesse!
Traditional Tap steps and simple body movements will be taught and combined into energetic mini-routines to a wide variety of music including swing, blues, musical theater, pop/rock, Latin - even hip hop! Wear dance attire or warm-ups, and flat or heeled Tap shoes. Familiarity with basic Tap steps and vocabulary would be helpful, but not required. Instructor Joanne (Ms. Jojo) Sinerate is a career dance educator, having opened the Studio of Creative Movement in her hometown of Waltham in 1976, while teaching Theater Arts in the public schools. Ms. Sinerate has been teaching dance on Cape since 2005, in various town and school programs, as well as at the Academy
of Performing Arts in Orleans and Studio 878 in Chatham. She has also choreographed, designed, and taught programs in colleges, community theater, the business world, and the health and fitness industry.

Through Irish texts in mythology, fiction, and biography, we will look at the strength and determination of Irish women through the centuries. New book costs are approx. $65 payable at the first class. However, the instructor, where possible, will seek used books to greatly reduce the above cost of books. Instructor: Mary Ann Eaton, has a BA in English and has studied at the National University of Ireland, in Cork, where she concentrated her studies in Irish and Celtic literature.

If you’d like to learn more about environmental and other volunteer opportunities within the community, this class is for you!
Projects include rabies vaccine baiting, trail maintaining and monitoring, salt marsh monitoring, bird census, environmental
education, museum docents, hazardous waste collection, and many more.
The non-profit Senior Environment Corps of Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands offers exciting opportunities working on environmental projects.
