This exercise “sampler” will offer a different class type on a rotating schedule. Students will try a new class every 2 weeks. The schedule will be posted, so studnents can bring the appropriate “gear”. Class choices will include: Ball Blast, Boot Camp/Interval Training, Kickboxing, Low-Impact Aerobices/Strength Training, Pilates/Toning and Zumba. Have you ever wanted to use those treasures from Granny’s attic, or does furniture call out to you at yard sales. Here is the place to learn how to restore these items to find a useful place in your home. You will learn the secrets of refinishing by hands-on participation. In this class you can restore old or build a new piece. Bring your project, supplies and
questions to first class. Instructor: Dennis Lawton has been woodworking and refinishing furniture as a hobby since his teenage years. In 1997, he was accepted to North Bennet Street School in Boston - career change after a lengthy employment with Xerox . Dennis graduated from the Cabinet and Furniture program in 1999 and started his own business in Furniture Restoration.

gently and easily releases the negative emotions and disruptions to the body’s energy system that are the cause of fears and phobias. EFT is one of the best self-help techniques ever because it can be easily learned by anyone and is usually rapid, and long lasting. It often works where
nothing else will and can be applied anytime to get immediate relief in difficult situations. You will learn how EFT works, see live demonstrations, and have opportunities to experience it yourself. You will also learn the basic version of EFT that you can use on your own. This workshop will enable you to pay attention to their financial life using a right brain
approach. It is an art class and a financial class and two art pieces are completed as well as a
homeworkassignment.The first class is an art class which shows how art concepts can be used in your finanical life. The second class helps women to become a decision makers in achieving
financial independence. It will be fun and generates healthy discussions among women around their fears, wants and goals.Instructor: Donna Lynch is a registered representative with New York Life, is married and has four children and is a muralist in her spare time. She specializes in working with women of all ages, backgrounds and professions.

NO REFUNDS will be given unless the class is cancelled. A class with below the minimum enrollment will be cancelled.

3) Exercise Classes after the first class you wish to change to a different class, you can but only by the second week.
