Harwich Community Learning Center Program

The Harwich Community Learning Center Program, located in the Harwich Middle School, provides an additional learning resource for the residents of Harwich. Founded in 1988, HCLCP offers:

  • School Age programs before and after school to students in the Harwich Public Schools for grades kindergarten through fifth. The program focuses on educating the whole student in a relaxed and fun setting.
  • Summer and vacation programs for students in the Harwich Public Schools servicing grades kindergarten through seventh.
  • Adult Education courses for the adult population of the town of Harwich and surrounding communities.
  • Enrichment courses for students from grades kindergarten through twelfth to concentrate on one particular activity for one to two hours after school including homework help and tutoring.

Should financial assistance be necessary, HCLCP can provide payment plans and, based on income, may be able to provide tuition assistance. Also, where applicable, HCLCP can provide a listing of resources and references for connecting families with support agencies.
