Pupil Personnel Services The Pupil Personnel Services Department is responsible for the following services: Guidance; Special Education; Section 504 (Disability Act); English as a Second Language; School Nursing; and, Pre-school services to 3- and 4-year olds. Many of these services are covered by regulatory and case law and are backed up with local policies and procedures.
